Woodridge State School is a special kind of place where children, parents/carers and staff work together to support each other in learning and teaching. With around thirty different cultures, and students with special needs, our school has an inclusive approach which focuses on individual needs and learning styles which are catered for in whole class, shared small group, and individual ways.

Parents and carers are urged to communicate with staff in an open and positive way so that we can all work together to achieve improved learning outcomes for our children. We do not blame, we accept where the current level of achievement might be and work along-side parents/carers to progress learning in a happy and mutually satisfying way.

This school website is a fine example of our school's great desire to communicate with parents, carers, students, and our community. It celebrates our achievements, encourages participation and urges co-operative efforts.
